Report Event

Reporting your Apply Kansas Event data is the only requirement for participating in this program. At a minimum you’ll need to submit the following information to us at the end of the fall season.

      • Number of seniors who submitted an application
      • Total Number of college applications submitted
      • Number of KS Public Colleges receiving applications

*Remember you can count all of the applications your seniors submit throughout the application season. It doesn't just have to be from your Apply Kansas event. Using the survey with your seniors at the end of the season/semester is a great way to track all of the applications your students submit, and have comprehensive data to share with your administration and other stakeholders. It's a great way to take a snapshot of the plans for your senior class, and highlight your post-secondary work.

(Schools that do not submit their Apply Kansas Site Summary data will not be eligible for All Star High School recognition)

Surveys to help you collect this data:

Electronic Student Checkout Survey

(Use this survey with your students and you will collect all the information needed for the Apply KS summary survey. Copy this google form and feel free to add any questions to collect data you may want in addition to make it your own) *Paper checkout surveys are listed under additional resources
