Kansas Board of Regents to meet virtually this week
(Topeka, Kan.) – The Kansas Board of Regents, along with several Board committees and councils, will meet this week in a virtual format. All public meetings will be accessible via livestreams.
The following meetings on Wednesday, May 20, will be livestreamed on the Board’s YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLNS_geZRDVX1gsElA4sZkw):
- 8:30-9 a.m. – System Council of Chief Academic Officers
- 9 a.m. or adjournment – Council of Chief Academic Officers
- 10:15 a.m.-12 p.m. – Fiscal Affairs & Audit Standing Committee
- 10:15 a.m.-12 p.m. – Academic Affairs Standing Committee
- 10:15-10:45 a.m. – System Council of Presidents
- 10:45 a.m. or adjournment – Council of Presidents
The Board meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m. on May 20 and at 8:30 a.m. on May 21 and will be available on the YouTube channel or on the Board’s website at https://www.kansasregents.org/board_meeting_live_stream.

The nine-member Kansas Board of Regents is the governing board of the state’s six universities and the statewide coordinating board for the state’s 32 public higher education institutions (six state universities, one municipal university, nineteen community colleges, and six technical colleges).
