REPORTING AND RESEARCH SPECIALIST
The Kansas Board of Regents invites applicants to fill the position of Reporting and Research Specialist. The successful candidate will work in the Data, Research and Planning (DRP) unit and provide primary support for web-based or legacy reporting systems along with technical program administration for various federal or state programs. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, SQL, and program analyst skills.
The DRP unit is responsible for the planning, development, and maintenance of a uniform, web-based postsecondary education data and reporting system. This system provides decision-making support to the Board's policy development and system coordination roles.
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant area such as computer sciences, information systems technology, computer systems engineering, or a combination of education, training, and relevant work experience.
Salary range is $45,000 to $55,000 and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The Kansas Board of Regents offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid leave; in addition, tuition waiver programs are available to eligible employees, spouses, and dependents at several state universities.
