planwithease.com is a plan administration service that acts on behalf of Kansas Board of Regents (KBOR) to review and approve distribution transaction requests for the Mandatory and Voluntary 403(b) Retirement Plans.

planwithease.com will provide you with tools and information to help you plan for retirement. If you are not yet contributing to an approved investment provider under either Plan, you will be able to download a salary reduction agreement and return it to your Human Resource/Benefits Office to begin contributing to the appropriate Plan. It is very important that you also complete the necessary enrollment paperwork with the approved investment provider you choose. You can also download the appropriate salary reduction agreement to direct future contributions to another approved investment provider and/or to change the Voluntary 403(b) Plan deferral amount.

For those already contributing to either the Mandatory or Voluntary 403(b) Retirement Plan, planwithease.com allows you to view your account balance summary. The summary is based on data provided by the approved investment providers. Data from non-approved investment providers will not be included in the account balance summary.
