KANSAS BOARD OF REGENTS
PRIVATE POSTSECONDARY REGULATOR
The Board of Regents invites nominations and applications for the position of Regulator in the Academic Affairs, Private Postsecondary unit. The successful candidate will work with the Private Postsecondary team to assist with regulating, maintaining and evaluating private and out-of-state postsecondary institutions including: facilitating standards for school administrative capacity, protecting consumers’ rights, ensuring program quality, operational and financial integrity. This includes consulting with postsecondary school representatives and other state agency personnel regarding programs for new and emerging occupations.
Candidates must have a master degree and a minimum of three years of regulation experience in a relevant field. Well-developed interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, and proven analytical skills are a must.
Salary range is $50,000-$55,000.
